Savings Account Information

When it comes to saving money, Security National knows how to help and gives you the choice of many attractive savings plans. All your bank deposits are insured up to $250,000 by the FDIC.

Regular Statement Savings Account

One of our most popular savings programs -- the Regular Statement Savings account -- allows you to earn interest on your funds while maintaining the flexibility of withdrawing funds periodically without penalty.

? Minimum opening deposit of $50 is required.

? If the daily balance is $200 or more -- no charge.

? If the balance falls below $200 on any day during the month -- $2.00 maintenance

fee per month.

? All minors are exempt from the $2.00 per month maintenance fee.

? Up to two monthly withdrawals allowed. Three or more are $1.00 each.

? ATM privileges available with this account

Serious On Savings (SOS) Account

Make monthly transfers of $25 or more from an SNB checking account into an SOS account and earn a higher rate of interest than with our Regular Statement Savings account. There will be a $3 maintenance fee each month that the minimum monthly transfer is not made.

? Minimum opening deposit -- $1.00

? One withdrawal per month is allowed -- $5.00 for each additional withdrawal.

? ATM privileges available with this account

? Withdrawals completed on ATMs will be charged $5.00, plus tax (listed on

statement as Transaction Fees)

Christmas Club Account

Plan ahead for holiday expenses with a Christmas Club Account.

? Minimum deposit is $25 per month.

? Automatic transfers made from an SNB checking account.

? Each savings year begins between November 1 and January 15.

? A check for the amount of your savings is issued by October 31 of each year.

? $4.99 fee for early withdrawals.

Money Market Gold Account

Maintain a $2,500 minimum daily balance and earn disclosed annual percentage yield

? $2,500 minimum opening deposit.

? If your average daily balance* falls below $2,500 during the month, the

maintenance fee is $7.00. Your funds will also earn the current APY being paid on

Security National's Regular account for those days your balance is below $2,500.

? There is a $1.00 fee for all transactions exceeding 6 per statement cycle.

? ATM privileges available with this account.

ATM Privileges

No charge for transactions completed on SNB ATMs. Transaction fee of $1.00 on each transaction not completed on an SNB Security 24 or Cash Center machine.

? On all savings accounts, depositors are limited to six transfers and withdrawals

(per statement cycle) to another account or to a third party by means of pre-

authorized, automatic, or telephonic transfer.

? VISA debit and POS transactions are not permissible on these accounts.

? We may at any time refuse to accept or limit additional deposits to the account.

*The average daily balance is calculated by adding the principle in the account for each day of the period and dividing that figure by the number of days in the period
