Interest on Accounts (Checking and Savings Disclosure) You must maintain the daily minimum balances listed each day of the statement cycle to obtain the disclosed annual percentage yield. Interest rates are paid on the entire balance each day at the interest rate in effect for that balance tier. We use the daily balance method to calculate interest payments on your account. This method applies a daily periodic rate to principal balance in your account each day. Non-cash items (e.g. checks) you deposit into your account begin to earn Interest on the business day we receive credit. Your interest rate and annual percentage yield may change. Fees could reduce earnings on your account. At our discretion, we may change the interest rate on your account at any time. For current annual percentage yield information, call us at 277-6500. For information on account fees, see the current Fee and Information Schedule. Interest on Accounts (CD Disclosure) Interest begins to accrue on the business day you deposit non-cash items (e.g. checks). You must maintain the minimum balance designated for each term in the account each day to obtain the disclosed annual percentage yield. Simple interest is compounded and credited semiannually for terms of one year or longer. For terms of less than one year--simple interest is compounded and paid at maturity. The interest rate will be paid until the maturity date of your fixed rate certificate. Renewable CDs will be automatically renewed for additional terms, each equal to the original term, until the Bank receives written notice from you that you no longer wish to renew the account. The annual percentage yield paid on renewable CDs will be the yield offered by the Bank at the time of such renewal for CDs with the same type, amount and term of the account being renewed. CD Plus Accounts will renew at the regular CD rate published at that time. The annual percentage yield assumes that interest will remain on deposit, until maturity. A withdrawal will reduce earnings.
