Security National Bank Announces Promotions

Robin Beck has been named Vice President of Ag Services and Branch Manager. In her role she will continue to perform a wide range of services; including ag, business and personal lending; account opening, customer service and staff management at the SNB branch locations in Lawton and Moville.
With 17 years of financial expertise, Beck has held various roles at SNB, including Customer Service Representative, Operations Specialist, Ag Lender and Branch Manager and most recently, Ag Officer and Branch Manager.
She earned her bachelor's degree in Finance from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. Beck is also actively involved in the community, having served on the boards of the Moville Community Development Association Inc. and as a Director for the Harry and Margaret Rockefeller Education Foundation.
Penni Hunn has been named Assistant Vice President of Human Resources. She brings nine years of human resources experience to her new role, where she will focus on fostering employee growth and enhancing talent strategies.
Hunn joined the Bank in January 2020, starting as an HR Generalist and progressing to the position of Talent and Development Manager in 2024. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Buena Vista University, specializing in Human Resources, Administrative Leadership, and Communications.
Outside of her professional role, Hunn serves on the Board of Directors for the Dakota Valley Softball Association, Purple Panthers Basketball, and Wynstone Community. Previously, she served as President of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Siouxland, dedicating six years to the organization.
Andy Tirevold has been named Assistant Vice President of Retail and Mortgage Services. In his new role, Tirevold will continue to help customers with their personal and mortgage lending needs; and he will also assist with management duties for the Security National Bank branch location in Mapleton.
Tirevold has 18 years of banking experience and has been at SNB for nine of those years. He has served in several positions such as Customer Service Representative, Financial Service Representative, Consumer/Mortgage Lender, and most recently as a Mortgage and Retail Services Officer.
He attended the University of Iowa to study Political Science and previously worked at Fiserv as a Conversion Analyst.
In the community, Tirevold has served as a board member for the City of Mapleton Planning and Zoning Commission, as the Treasurer of Mapleton Community Development Corporation, and as a board member for Burgess Health Center of Onawa and Mapleton.
Carlos Hurtado has been named Assistant Vice President of Retail and Hispanic Services. In his role, Hurtado will continue to lead strategic growth initiatives in the Bank’s Retail department.
Hurtado has more than a decade of banking experience at SNB. He has served in several positions such as Customer Service Representative, Financial Service Representative, Personal Banker, Marketplace Branch Manager, Retail Development Banker and most recently as Retail Services Officer. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Morningside University, with an emphasis in marketing and international business.
In the community, Hurtado has served as Security National Bank’s United Way Chairperson and as a youth mentor through Goodwill of the Great Plains, where he worked with at-risk children.
