About twenty miles east of Sioux City you'll find Security National Bank's Moville Branch. This is a full service bank that has been managed by four generations of the same local family. Security's Moville Branch has the distinction of being the longest operating bank in town. In fact, the building has quite a storied history stemming from a 1920s bank robbery by the Gibson Gang and Walter Pine. Since the 1930s, bullet proof glass and fixtures adorn the lobby. With a population of around 1,600, the community of Moville welcomes the Woodbury County Fair each summer and is also home to the Woodbury Central Wildcats.
