A Note to our Customers

Like you, we're paying close attention to the latest news about Coronavirus (COVID-19) and its impact. At Security National Bank we are open for business, ready to serve you and here to help you take care of what matters most:

Lobby Appointments

To protect our customers and employees, we’re asking you to call ahead or request an appointment before visiting one of our branch lobbies in person. Protecting your health matters. And as we work together to limit the spread of disease, we'd also like to remind you of more convenient ways to Bank with us:

Extended Drive-Thru Hours

Our drive-thrus are available and fully operational during normal branch hours. We have also extended the operating hours at our Motor Bank drive-thru branch, to better serve customers.

You can use the ATM at any branch, 24/7 — including to deposit checks. Find ATM locations here.

We're Here to Help.

Our “appointment request” lobby access is temporary. Our Bank facilities are safe, healthy and fully operational. However, we are following CDC guidelines to reduce the spread of disease and protect our employees and customers.

We will never reach out to you unprompted and ask for confidential information like your account number, password, PIN number, or any other personal information. If you receive an unprompted call, email, text or social media message like this, it is likely a scammer. Hang up or delete immediately and notify the Bank. Learn more about how to protect yourself from coronavirus-related scams.

Subscribe to the SNB Mailing List to receive Bank updates delivered directly to your inbox. The Bank is closely monitoring developments related to COVID-19 and following the guidance of local, regional and national health authorities. We will continue to keep customers informed of any potential changes.

The best way to stay informed is to get the latest updates from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) website, along with state and local health department websites.
