Security National Bank Announces Assistant Vice President Promotion

SIOUX CITY, Iowa — Jeremy Craighead, President of Security National Bank, is pleased to announce the following promotion:

Penni Hunn has been appointed Assistant Vice President of Human Resources, bringing 17 years of leadership and 9 years of human resources experience to her new role. She will lead the HR team, focusing on fostering employee growth and enhancing talent strategies.

Hunn joined the Bank in January 2020, starting as an HR Generalist and progressing to the position of Talent and Development Manager in 2024. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Buena Vista University, specializing in Human Resources, Administrative Leadership, and Communications. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), belonging to both the Siouxland and National chapters.

Outside of her professional role, Hunn serves on the Board of Directors for the Dakota Valley Softball Association, Purple Panthers Basketball, and Wynstone Community. Previously, she served as President of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Siouxland, dedicating six years to the organization.
