Security National Bank Officers Promoted to Vice President

SIOUX CITY, Iowa — D. Douglas Rice, Chairman and CEO of Security National Bank, is pleased to announce the following promotions:

Keri Struve has been promoted to Vice President of Human Resources. In her new role, she will continue to lead the HR department and focus on the development and execution of the Bank’s people-related business strategy. Struve, who obtained the Senior Certified Professional designation from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), joined the bank in 2015 as a Human Resources Generalist before advancing to Human Resources Officer. She studied communications at the University of Iowa.

Travis Haltli has been promoted to Vice President of Commercial Services at Security National Bank. Haltli, who joined SNB in 2019, has nearly 20 years of business banking experience in Siouxland. He graduated from Briar Cliff University with a bachelor's degree in business and finance; and earned his certification through the Commercial College of Credit.

Chris Jackson has been promoted to Vice President of Retail Services, where he is responsible for management oversight of SNB's branch locations across Sioux City. He has more than 13 years of financial experience, including as a personal banker, commercial services representative and assistant vice president of retail. Jackson is a graduate of Briar Cliff University and the Iowa Bankers Association Commercial Lending School.

Troy Steensen has been promoted to Vice President of Marketing, and will continue his oversight of the bank's marketing and communication strategies. Prior to joining SNB in 2016 as Marketing Director, Steensen's experience spanned across management of e-commerce platforms and multimedia advertising sales in the print and television industries. He graduated from Northwest Missouri State University and earned his Advanced Certificate in Bank Marketing from the American Bankers Association (ABA) in 2017.
