Security National Bank Welcomes New Employees

D. Douglas Rice, President, Chairman and CEO of Security National Bank, is pleased to announce the following new employees:

Luke Roder has been named Credit and Loan Review Manager, responsible for managing SNB’s Credit Department, and providing loan credit analysis and compliance review support to various departments inside the Bank. Prior to joining SNB, Roder served six years as the financial analyst and budget manager for the City of Sioux City. He also worked in the private sector as an analyst for Terra Industries and as an accountant for Beef Products, Inc. (BPI). Roder, a lifelong Sioux City native, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of South Dakota and an undergraduate degree from Briar Cliff University. He is an active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Iowa.

 

 

Randi MortonRandi Morton, Manager of Deposit Operations, is responsible for overseeing technology, compliance, product enhancements and staffing within her department. Morton has nearly 20 years of experience at various financial institutions, most recently as compliance assistant with The Bank of Dixon County (Neb.) Morton studied business management at Western Iowa Tech in Sioux City, and holds certification as a licensed life, health and annuity insurance agent.
