Security National Bank's Struve earns SHRM certification

SIOUX CITY, Iowa — Keri Struve, Human Resources Generalist for Security National Bank, has earned the Society of Human Resource Management’s (SHRM) Senior Certified Professional credential.
As the highest certification standard offered by SHRM, the designation acknowledges HR professionals who have demonstrated the knowledge, skills and competencies needed to lead in today’s business community.
To achieve the credential, Struve passed a competency-based certification exam and continues to obtain extensive experience in the field of human resource management.
Struve has served as HR Generalist at Security National Bank since October 2015. She directs the organization’s recruiting activities, new employee orientation and onboarding process; and assists with training, career development and employee relations. Additionally, Struve prepares and maintains the Affirmative Action Plan for all banks in the Security National Corporation.
A Sioux City native and graduate of East High, Struve attended the University of Iowa as a communications major.
