Leveraging her proven expertise, she will continue to oversee retail banking operations at the Dakota Dunes branch location. She will also provide mortgage services, dedicated to serving customers’ needs throughout their financial journeys.
“Janelle is a beloved branch manager and a pillar in the Sioux City and Dakota Dunes communities,” says Jeremy Craighead. “Her deep understanding of our customers' needs and her commitment to providing exceptional service have earned her the respect and admiration of colleagues and customers alike."
She is also actively involved in the community, serving as President of the Dakota Dunes Commercial Association.
Noreen has been recognized 11 times by the Iowa Mortgage Association as either a President's Club or Winner's Circle award winner. An ongoing recognition program, the IMA awards distinguish mortgage originators from across the state who meet an exceptional level of loan volume throughout the year.
