Security National Bank Honors Employees at Annual Awards Banquet

SIOUX CITY, Iowa — Security National Bank recently honored 26 employees for excellence and service at its annual Awards Ceremony, held on March 23 inside the Grand Ballroom at Delta Hotels South Sioux City Riverfront.
The Bank recognized Terry Fiedler as this year’s recipient of the prestigious PRIDE Award, given annually to an employee who takes a “Personal Responsibility in Delivering Excellence” to customers and co-workers. Fiedler, the Property and Building Manager at Security National Bank, received a standing ovation from his colleagues upon receiving his award.

So did Gail McWilliams, who was recognized for her 50 years of service to SNB. McWilliams began working nights in the Proof and Transit Department in 1968; then moved to days working in payroll processing, prior to becoming the Bank’s Operations Specialist in 2001 — a position she still holds today.
Connie Blake, Market President of the SNB branch in Akron, Iowa, was recognized for 45 years of service; while Mike Moreland, Vice President of Investments in the Wealth Management Division, was acknowledged for his 40 years at the Bank.
A trio of employees — Dan DeMarest, Ron Jones and Ellen Prescott — received recognition for 35 years of service. Kathy Weber was honored for 25 years, while Linda Courey, Michelle Holmes and Leslie Riediger were recognized for 20 years
Additional honorees included Tom Limoges, Pam Magnuson, Joe Stanek and Tim Van Peursem for 15 years of service; Brad Brouillette, Joanie Dannar and Cari Gehling for 10 years of service; and Krista Biernbaum, Krista Chavis, Chris Jackson, Lori Johnson, Bianca Mendez-Garza, Mandi Sievers, Darren Tooley and Carol Weber for five years of service to Security National Bank.
