Berner Named Senior Vice President at Security National Bank

SIOUX CITY, I.A. — Jeremy Craighead, President of Security National Bank, is pleased to announce the following promotion:

Nicole Berner has been named Senior Vice President of Commercial Services at Security National Bank. With more than 23 years of financial experience in Siouxland, Berner has a deep understanding of the local business landscape. 

Berner will lead a dedicated team of business banking experts who will carry on SNB's strong tradition of helping local businesses succeed. Berner and her team partner with businesses of all shapes and sizes — offering guidance for lending, cash management, credit analysis, fraud prevention and any other financial challenges that come with growing a business in today’s world.

Berner, who previously served as Vice President and Managing Director of Commercial Services at SNB, is a graduate of Wayne State College with a master’s degree in business administration. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business with an emphasis in accounting and a Bachelor of Arts degree in business education from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. 

Also deeply involved in the community, Berner serves as Treasurer and board member for Downtown Partners; she is a board member for St. Luke’s College and she is a part of the Finance Committee for LaunchPAD Children’s Museum. Additionally, Berner is the Vice President of Finance for the Junior League of Sioux City and serves on the Community Impact Finance Review Committee for the United Way of Siouxland.
