Security National Bank Announces Vice President Promotion

Hallie Salmen has been named Vice President and Trust Officer for Security National's Wealth Management Division. In her role she will contnue to assist individual, business, and non-profit customers with a variety of financial needs, including financial planning, trust administration, individual retirement options, and investments.

Prior to joining Security National Bank in 2024, she had 27 years of financial experience serving in CFO and CEO roles. Salmen graduated from the University of South Dakota School of Business with a bachelor of science degree in accounting and has held her CPA license for 23 years.

Salmen is an active member of the community, volunteering at her local library and with the VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) program through the Center for Siouxland. She is also a dedicated board member, serving on the boards for the Mitchell Hospice House and the St. Patrick’s Endowment Fund, and is a member of the Siouxland Estate Planning Council. Her past service includes roles on the board and finance committee for LeadingAge IA, the Hospice of Siouxland Advisory Board, and the Walk to End Alzheimer’s planning committee.
