Security National Bank Promotes Two Officers

SIOUX CITY, Iowa — D. Douglas Rice, Chairman, President and CEO of Security National Bank, is pleased to announce the following promotions:
Jennifer Pennings has been promoted to Retail Services Officer at the Bank. In addition to leading a dedicated team of retail banking professionals, she will continue to manage operations at SNB’s Northside (Leeds) Branch located at the intersection of Outer Drive and Floyd Boulevard.
Pennings started at SNB 15 years ago as a Customer Service Representative, then promptly advanced her career within the Bank’s Retail division. She was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager at the Morningside Branch in 2019, before being named the Northside Branch Manager last year. A Sioux City native and Bishop Heelan graduate, Pennings has remained active in the community. She was instrumental in the inception of Support Siouxland Soldiers and currently serves as a Deacon at her church.
Allison Polley has been promoted to Loan Operations Officer, and will continue to lead and direct all loan processing operations at the Bank. A financial professional with 15 years of experience, Polley began her career at SNB as a Customer Service Representative then served in various roles spanning the Personal Banking, Loan Operations and Auditing departments. She was promoted to Director of Loan Operations in 2018.
Polley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Iowa State University and has received her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification. Also active in the community, she serves as a board member for the Siouxland Human Investment Partnership and as an advisory committee member for Beyond the Bell.
