SNB Voted No. 1 in Siouxland

SIOUX CITY, Iowa — Readers from across Siouxland have voted Security National Bank as the Best Investment/Financial Firm and Best Customer Service provider in the region, according to the 2024 Siouxland's Choice Awards.

This is the fifth consecutive year that Security National's Wealth Management division was chosen No. 1 in the “Best Investment/Financial Firm” category.

In addition, the Bank was selected as a “Siouxland Favorite” in three more categories: Best Home Mortgage, Best Customer Service - Finance & Professional and Best Bank/Credit Union.

Contest results were released on Thursday, Feb. 22.   

This is just the latest community recognition that Security National Bank has received. The Bank has twice been named the United Way of Siouxland’s “Major Business of the Year,” among other awards.

The Siouxland's Choice Awards is an annual online voting contest established by the Sioux City Journal and Weekender publications to “select the best of everything Siouxland has to offer.” Readers are asked to vote for their favorite local businesses and organizations in a number of categories.

To qualify, five finalists in each category were selected through a public nomination process, then voted upon during a contest period that lasted throughout the month of December. This year, the Journal reported more than 185,000 votes casted during the voting period.
